NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 26, 2012 and entered in Case No. 29 2009 CA 014303 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE (THE TRUSTEE) OF J.P. MORGAN ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-A7 (THE TRUST) is the Plaintiff and MARK REDDING; FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB, A FEDERALLY CHARTERED SAVINGS BANK; GRANDE OASIS AT CARROLLWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 01/14/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 1904, AT THE GRANDE OASIS AT CARROLLWOOD, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16097, PAGE 0420, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION AND ANY UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR APPURTENANCE THERETO.
