NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 8, 2012 and entered in Case NO. 09-CA-017048 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF DEUTSCHE ALT-B SECURITIES MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-AB1, is the Plaintiff and JOAN SEYMOUR; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOAN SEYMOUR N/K/A JOHN DOE; SHACKELFORD ESTATES HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 01/14/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 6 OF SHACKELFORD ESTATES, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 82, PAGE 60, AS MODIFIED PURSUANT TO AN AFFIDAVIT CONFIRMING AN ERROR ON THE PLAT AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 9630, PAGE 570, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED 1/10 INTEREST IN AND TO LAND DESIGNATED AS LENOIR COURT, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
