NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 02, 2012 and entered in Case No. 29-2011-CA-008439 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein CENTRAL MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff and FRANCIS X. PALEK, IV; GTE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; WEXFORD GREEN HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A KYLE KIM, and TENANT #2 N/K/A SU KIM are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 01/14/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
