NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS,DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH,UNDER, OR AGAINST HERBERT DOVAL DECEASED; NILDA I. DOVAL; NILDA IRIS DOVAL A/K/A NILDA I. DOVAL, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF HERBERT DOVAL A/K/A HERBERT M. DOVAL A/KA/ HERBERT N. DOVAL A/K/A HERIBERTO DOVAL, DECEASED; DANIEL DOVAL, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF HERBERT DOVAL A/K/A HERBERT M. DOVAL A/KA/ HERBERT N.
