NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated APRIL 28, 2010, and entered in 07-CA-017359, Division C of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein HSBC MORTGAGE SERVICES, INC., is the Plaintiff and DAVID T. TENGMAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID T. TENGMAN; RESIDENTIAL FUNDING CORPORATION DISSOLVED CORPORATION; JOHN DOE N/K/A KENNETH SCHETEKER; JANE DOE N/K/A PAUL SCHETEKER; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on-line at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m.. on JANUARY 10, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, IN BLOCK 3, BEL MAR SHORES REVISED REPLAT OF LOT A, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE 20, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
