NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated September 12, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-015354 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC., is Plaintiff, and JOHN SIMS A/K/A JOHN E. SIMS A/K/A JOHN ERIC SIMS, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclosure.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 08 day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
All of Lot 17 in Block 73, and that part of Block 73-A bounded on the North by Midlake Ave., on the South by the Waters of Lake Carroll, and on the East and West by Eastern and Western boundaries of Lot 17, Block 73, extended south, Less the East 25, feet, all being in FOREST HILLS OF TAMPA'S NORTH SIDE COUNTRY CLUB AREA UNIT #3, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 27, Pages 51-67 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
