NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 10, 2012, entered in Case No. 09-CA-030553 DIV. I of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of the CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-22 is the Plaintiff and Jerrick Celzo; Meriell J. De Castro; Covington Park of Hillsborough Homeowners Association, Inc.; American Express Centurion Bank; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for America's Wholsale Lendor; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 28th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK 7, COVINGTON PARK, PHASE 1A, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 87, PAGE 11, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
