NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 29, 2012 and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-012688 in the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS TRUSTEE FOR RALI 2006QA5 was the Plaintiff and CARRIE ANN PLESS, ET AL. the Defendant(s), that the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on the 18th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 56, BLOCK 78 OF FISHHAWK RANCH, PHASE 2, PARCEL DD 1B/DD 2/EE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 97, PAGE(S) 91, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
