NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated NOVEMBER 29, 2011, and entered in 09-CA-020632, Division A of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FLAGSTAR BANK FSB, is the Plaintiff and JEFF POWASKI; TARA POWASKI; RIDGE CREST HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on-line at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on JANUARY 4, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK C, RIDGE CREST SUBDIVISION UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 113, PAGES 55-64 INCL., OF THE PUBLIC COUNTY RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
