NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 20th day of November 2012 and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-003808, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I LLC, ASSET BACKED-CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE2 is the Plaintiff and JAYSON RODRIGUEZ, CITIBANK, NA., AS TRUSTEE FOR CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I LLC, MORTGAGE-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-2, CITIBANK (SOUTH DAKOTA) NA and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 7th day of January 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
PART OF LOT 7, LOGAN PLACE, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 57, PAGE 25, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS; BEGINNING AT THE MOST NORTHERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 7, RUN THENCE SOUTH 01º46'09” WEST, 189.86 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 13º30'00” EAST, 100.0 FEET TO THE SOUTHERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 7, THENCE ALONG SAID WESTERLY BOUNDARY, WEST 15º08'02” EAST, 208.68 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
