NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 16th day of November 2012 and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-014128, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE, LLC is the Plaintiff and CHAKETA BIBBS, DORIS BIBBS A/K/A DORIS DENICE BIBBS JOHNSON A/K/A DORIS JOHNSON and UNKNOWN TENANT(S), IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 8th day of January 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 136, BLOCK 1, OF TIMBERLANE SUBDIVISION UNIT NO. 3-B, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGE 16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
