NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 13th day of November 2012 and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-031380, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-FF17 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FF17 is the Plaintiff and STOYKO PETROV STOYKOV, GE MONEY BANK C/O ANY OFFICER AUTHORIZED TO ACCEPT SERVICE, R.A., MIRA LAGO WEST HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC C/O COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION MANAGEMENT SVCS, R.A., MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST FRANKLIN A DIVISION OF NATIONAL CITY BANK C/O ELECTRONIC DATA SYSTEMS CORPORATION, A REGISTERED AGENT, SNEJANA IVANOVA HRISTOVA and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 8th day of January 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 119 MIRA LAGO WEST PHASE 1 ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 102 PAGES 84-99 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
