Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on November 15, 2012, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
THE WEST 47.0 FEET OF LOT 5, AND THE EAST 21.0 FEET OF LOT 6, BLOCK 29, TOWN'N COUNTRY PARK, UNIT NO. 6 ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED ON PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 76 PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 8110 TANGLEWOOD LANE, TAMPA, FL 33615; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on January 8, 2013 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
