UNIT NO. 1310 OF SKYPOINT, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF DATED JUNE 1, 2007, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 17814, PAGE 346, AND ALL EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OR MAP THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 188, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
and commonly known as: 777 N ASHLEY DR APT 1310, TAMPA, FL 33602; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on January 8, 2013 at 10:00 AM.
