NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 29, 2012 and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-008026 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and LUIS CHARNECO; STATE OF FLORIDA; TENANT #1 N/K/A JAMES SCHININGBAST are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 01/17/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
