PEREIRA A/K/A JOSE PEREIRA; LILIA PORTALATIN; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP; THE GRAND RESERVE CONDOMINIUMS ASSOCIATION AT TAMPA, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A DON CHAPMAN are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 01/17/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
