NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 24th day of August 2012 and entered in Case No. 29 2009 CA 026167, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR BNC MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1 is the Plaintiff and EUGENE R ANTONELLI A/K/A GENE R ANTONELLI, CAPITAL ONE BANK and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 7th day of January 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17 IN BLOCK 4 OF BUCKHORN UNIT NO. 2, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 60, PAGE 13 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
