NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated October 16, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 09-CA-030192, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and ALFREDO L. CAMBA A/K/A ALFREDO CAMBA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALFREDO L. CAMBA A/K/A ALFREDO CAMBA IF ANY; LEONA E. CAMBA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LEONA E. CAMBA IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; VILLAGES OF BLOOMINGDALE I HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS, are Defendant(s).
PAT FRANK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on the 11th day of January, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5 BLOCK 29, VILLAGES OF BLOOMINGDALE-PHASE 2 & 3, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 105, PAGES 170 THROUGH 176, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
