NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered September 13, 2012 in Civil Case No. 10-CA-020511 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein American Home Mortgage Servicing, Inc. is Plaintiff and JERROLD REGO, YVETTE REGO, RHC MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., AMERICAN EXPRESS BANK, FSB, and BANKATLANTIC are defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 11th day of January, 2013 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 9, Block 4, RIVER HILLS COUNTRY CLUB PHASE 1A PARCEL 7, according to map or plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 70, Page 31, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
