NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 16, 2012, entered in Case No. 2008-CA-024895, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS 2004-SD4 is Plaintiff and JACQUELINE SCOTT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JACQUELINE SCOTT IF ANY;JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION are defendants. The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 28th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
