NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 14, 2012 and entered in Case NO. 09-CA-007036 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-FF8, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FF8, is the Plaintiff and OSMEND GASKILL; CORRINE GASKILL; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR HOME LOAN SERVICES, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A LAMARIO PORTER are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 01/18/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 11 AND A NORTHERLY PART OF LOT 12, BLOCK P, RIVER BEND MANOR, SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORD OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY FLORIDA. SAID NORTHERLY PART OF LOT 12, INCLUDED ABOVE, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 12 AND RUN THENCE WEST 128.5 FEET TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 12; THENCE SOUTH EASTERLY 36.75 FEET ALONG THE WESTERLY BOUNDARY OF LOT 12; THENCE NORTHERLY 118.47 FEET IN A STRAIGHT LINE TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
