AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II, INC., BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-4 is the Plaintiff and ANTHONY FENSORE; RAINTREE VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM NO. 3 ASSOCIATION, INC.; RAINTREE VILLAGE PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 01/18/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT NO. 11824-D OF RAINTREE VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM NO. 3, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED JANUARY 14, 1983 IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4052, PAGE 688 THROUGH 768, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 35, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION
