TRUST 2006-HE4 is the Plaintiff and RAMON SANCHEZ A/K/A RAMON I. SANCHEZ; INGRID SANCHEZ; SOUTH COVE AT SUMMERFIELD HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; SUMMERFIELD MASTER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 01/18/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
