NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 07, 2012 and entered in Case No. 29-2011-CA-006178 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and RITA MCCORMICK; ORIN CORNISH; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 01/18/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK 9, OF COPELAND AND MORRISON'S SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS THE SAME IS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 48, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND THAT PORTION OF A TWENTY FIVE FOOT FORMER RIGHT-OF-WAY CALLED FLORIDA AVENUE BETWEEN BRIDGEWOOD STREET AND THE ALAFIA RIVER, ACCORDING TO PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 48, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA .
