NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 12, 2012 and entered in Case No. 29-2012-CA-006958 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and DIANE D. NORGARD A/K/A DIANE DIGREGORIO NORGARD; TENANT #1 N/K/A JEFF THOMPSON are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 01/18/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
BEGINNING 180 FEET WEST OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 2, BLOCK 3, OF JAS J. JACKSON'S SUBDIVISION, RUNNING THENCE SOUTH 80 FEET, THENCE WEST 135.77 FEET, THENCE NORTH 80 FEET TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT, THENCE EAST 135.77 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COUNT, IN AND FOR HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 70; SAID LANDS SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
