NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 12, 2012 and entered in Case No. 29-2011-CA-008587 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein WILMINGTON TRUST COMPANY AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF MASTR ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-5 is the Plaintiff and MICHELLE D. SUMLIN; CARROLLWOOD PLACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A RAY ANN FAVATA are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 01/18/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 113, BUILDING NO. 4, CARROLLWOOD PLACE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 9, AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 59, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4003, PAGE 943, ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
