OLMEDO A/K/A ELIZABETH OLMEDO; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ELIZABETH A. OLMEDO A/K/A ELIZABETH OLMEDO N/K/A: DANIEL RODRIGUEZ; VILLAGES OF BLOOMINGDALE I HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; VILLAGES OF BLOOMINGDALE CONDOMINIUM NO. 3 ASSOCIATION, INC.; ROTO-ROOTER PLUMBING AND DRAIN SERVICE; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 01/18/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:

BOOK 15687, PAGE 1238 AND O.R. BOOK 15687, PAGE 1243 AND ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 20, PAGES 123 THROUGH 126, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND COMMON SURPLUS.
