Final Judgment was awarded on February 22, 2010 in Civil Case No.: 2009-CA-006942-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, BENEFICIAL FLORIDA, INC. is the Plaintiff, and DAVISON N. BUTTENBENDER; MARCIA LENIRA MARTINS; WESTOVER HILLS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Lydia Gardner, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on January 15, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
