NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 22, 2009, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-022599 of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein NATIONAL CITY MORTGAGE, CO., is the Plaintiff and Leonard Lewis; Capital One, FSB; CACV of Colorado, LLC; United States of America; and John Young Crossing Homeowners Association, Inc., are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on January 11, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 27, JOHN YOUNG CROSSINGS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGES 38 AND 39, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
if you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk of court no later than 60 days after the sale. if you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remainning funds. after 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
