NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on October 15, 2012, in Case No. 2010-CA-011537-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit for Orange County, Florida, in which Regions Bank, Successor by Merger with AmSouth Bank, is Plaintiff, and WILLIAM H. LOUCHE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WILLIAM H. LOUCHE, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online via the internet at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 14th day of January, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That part of the South 1/2; of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 24, Township 23 South, Range 27 East, Orange County, Florida, described as follows: Begin at the Southeast corner of Lot 12, SAWYER SHORES SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book V, Page 9, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida; Thence run South 89° 05' 09” West along the South line of said Lot 12 a distance of 596.70 feet to the iron pipe; thence continue South 89° 05' 09” West 10 feet, more or less to the Waters of Lake Sawyer for reference called point “A”, return to the point of beginning and run North 89° 05' 09” East 20.08 to a point on the West right of way line of State Road No. 535, said point being on a curve concave Westerly having a radius of 542.46 feet, thence form a tangent bearing of South 05° 53' 47” East run Southerly along said curve through a central angle of 2° 07' 03” for an arc length of 20.05 feet, thence South 89° 05' 09” West 374.88 feet; Thence South 01° 31' 54” West 171.83 feet; Thence South 89° 05' 09” West 218 feet, more or less to the waters of Lake Sawyer: Thence Northerly along the waters of Lake Sawyer to the aforedescribed point “A”. Less that portion conveyed to Orange County, Florida, by deed dated July 11, 1994 and recorded in Official Record Book 4794 at Page 566, Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
