NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure and for Equitable Subrogation dated December 18, 2012, entered in the above captioned action, Case No. 2008-CA-019236-O, the Orange County Clerk of the Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at public sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on January 22, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said final judment, to-wit:
The West 50 feet of the North 1/2 of the North 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 16, Township 21 South, Range 28 East, Orange County, Florida. Subject to an Easement over the North 30 feet for street
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
