NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment entered in this cause on October 9, 2012 in Case No. 2012-CA-6767-O, and Order Rescheduling Sale dated December 12, 2012, in the Circuit Court, in and for Orange County, Florida wherein sun-beach investment co., a Florida Corporation, a/k/a SUN-BEACH INVESTMENT COMPANY are the Plaintiffs and MARGRET KJARTANSDOTTIR a/k/a MARGARET KJARTANSDOTTIR, individually; MARGRET KJARTANSDOTTIR a/k/a MARGARET KJARTANSDOTTIR as Trustee of the SYSTRA TRUST DATED FEBRUARY 9, 2009; PATRICIA M.
