MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST 2007-CH2, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-CH211, is the Plaintiff and RAMON A. CHRISTOPHER; MARIA CHRISTOPHER; CHASE BANK USA, N.A.; SANDHILL PRESERVE AT ARBOR MEADOWS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 01/18/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
