COLON; TIVOLI GARDENS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA; ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 01/17/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
