NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 17, 2012 and entered in Case No. 12-CC-7657-O Div. 71, of the County Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Vista Cay at Harbor Square Master Community Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and Jeffrey L. Densmore and Lori A. Densore are Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on January 23, 2013 in an online sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgement, to wit:
Unit 20601, Phase 1, VISTA CAY AT HARBOR SQUARE, A CONDOMINIUM, and all it attachments and amendments, as recorded in the Official Records Book 8613, Page 1168, as amended by Amendment to Declaration as recorded in Official Records Book 8669, Page 1526, as amended by Amendment to Declaration as recorded in Official Records book 8816, Page 4870, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida. Together with an undivided interest in the common elements and all appurtenances hereunto appertaining and specified in said Declaration of Condominium.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
