Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 18th, 2012, entered in Civil Case Number 2010-CA-021246-O, in the Circuit Court for Orange County, Florida, wherein FIFTH THIRD MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff, and T KAREN CHANCEY A/K/A KAREN ANN CHANCEY A/K/A KAREN BROWNE A/K/A KAREN ANN BROWN, et al., are the Defendants, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
LOT 58, VILLA CAPRI AT METROWEST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58, PAGES 57 THROUGH 62, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 22nd day of January, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
