Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure or Order dated December 14, 2012, entered in Civil Case Number 36-2012-CA-050671, in the Circuit Court for Lee County, Florida, wherein FIFTH THIRD MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff, and JAMES BRAND, et al., are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as:
