BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is Plaintiff and ROBERT WILLIAMS; MARY JANE WILLIAMS; STONEYBROOK AT GATEWAY MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC. AKA STONEYBROOK AT GATEWAY MASTER HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION; TIB BANK, AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO RIVERSIDE BANK OF THE GULF COAST; THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY; are the defendants.
