AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2006-3 MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-3 is Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST WILLIAM R. BROWNE, JR. A/K/A WILL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WILLIAM R. BROWNE, JR. A/K/A WILLIAM R. BROWNE; PATRICIA A. BROWNE; LINDA M. SPANNUTH; KAREN A. GIBSON; THERESA L.
