DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-AR27, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR27 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AUGUST 1, 2006 is Plaintiff and LUCKY FOATE; RHONDA FOATE; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. . I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 a.m., on the 17 day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
lots 69 and 70 block 3744 unit 51 cape coral subdivision, according to the plat thereof as recorded in plat book 19 page 2 through 16 of the public records of lee county, florida.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
