NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed December 14, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 36-2012-CA-052775 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County,Ft. Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, at 9:00 am on 17 day of January, 2013 on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
LOT 2, IN BLOCK 8, UNIT 2, UNRECORDED PART OF RIVERDALE SHORES, SECTION 28, TOWNSHIP 43 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
STARTING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 1, BLOCK 7, UNIT 1, RIVERDALE SHORES, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, AT PAGE 57, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY; THENCE NORTH 00 DEGREES 49'38” WEST ALONG A PROLONGATION OF THE EASTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF PURSLANE DRIVE (50.00 FEET WIDE) FOR 85.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUING NORTH 00 DEGREES 49'38” WEST ALONG SAID RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE FOR 80.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 10'22' EAST FOR 100.00 FEET ; THENCE SOUTH 00 DEGREES 49'38” EAST ALONG THE WESTERLY LINE OF TRACT “C” OF SAID UNIT 1, RIVERDALE SHORES, FOR 80.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 10'22” WEST FOR 100.00 FEET TO THE PRINCIPAL PLACE OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
