NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated December 14, 2012, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-053729 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANSERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is Plaintiff, and CATHERINE SCOVILLE, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 28 day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 50, UNIT 5, SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 90, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein and thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
