TRUNCK A/K/A CHRISTOPHER TRUNCK; CHERYL BAUMGARDT; STATE OF FLORIDA AGENCY FOR WORKFORCE INNOVATION; ALLY FINANCIAL INC. F/K/A GMAC INC.; LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Charlie Green as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on January 16, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 220 FEET OF THE EAST 140 FEET OF LOT 22, OF MARIANA HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 73, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
