NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed January 15, 2010, and entered in 2009-ca-62461 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA AS TRUSTEE FOR ABFC 2006-OPT2 TRUST, ABFC ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OPT2, is the Plaintiff and ETTA MCDONALD; GREGORY MCDONALD; RITEWAY INSURANCE REPAIRS SERVICE, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Charlie Green as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on March 15, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 1, MORNINGSIDE ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 48, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
