NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated , entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2012-CA-055023, DIVISION: L, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR IXIS REAL ESTATE CAPITAL TRUST 2006-HE-2 MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE-2 is Plaintiff, and MAURICIO J. RAMIREZ A/K/A MAURICIO RAMIREZ, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR LENDER DIRECT CAPITAL CORPORATION, BELLASOL CONDOMINIUM 3 ASSOCIATION, INC., BELLASOL COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE AND CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURTS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, are Defendants.

CONDOMINIUM UNIT 524, BUILDING 5, BELLASOL CONDOMINIUM 3, PHASE II, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL INSTRUMENT #2005000010599, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This property is located at the Street address of: 4191 Bellasol Circle Unit #524, Fort Myers, FL 33916.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
