NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure filed December 14, 2012 and entered in Case No. 36-2010-CA-058570 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-43CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-43CB is the Plaintiff and JORGE EDUARDO KRAUSS; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JORGE EDUARDO KRAUSS N/K/A MARCELA KRAUSS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P.; TIMBERWALK AT THREE OAKS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A LINDA K.
