MITCHELL; KELLY S. MITCHELL; CITY OF CAPE CORAL FLORIDA; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 17 day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
