RIMES; RIVER TERRACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A STACEY GREFE are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 13 day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
APARTMENT A-15, RIVER TERRACE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 645 AT PAGE 416, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION, AS MAY BE AMENDED.
