NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated December 14, 2012, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-053146 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC., is Plaintiff, and CLINTON A. REYNOLDS, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 18 day of JAN, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK 69, LEHIGH ACRES, UNIT 11, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 75, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
