NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed October 12, 2012, and entered in Case No. 36-2012-CA-053005 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit, in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and MARSHA BISSON, DON BISSON, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 n/k/a NICOLE VELENZIA, are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Court shall offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash on March 11, 2011, beginning at 9:00 A.M., at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in LEE County, Florida, to wit:
